Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use MOTHQ, a service provided by Snap Media Ltd (company number 16390638), registered office 347a Wallisdown Road, Poole, BH12 5BU.

The service

MOTHQ provides your garage with a website, online booking, automatic MOT reminders, DVLA reg lookup, a customer database and related tools.

Fees

The standard price is £99/month plus VAT. The first 50 founding garages pay £49.50/month plus VAT, locked in for as long as the subscription stays active. Your plan includes 100 SMS reminders each month; further SMS can be topped up. There is a 14-day free trial with no card required, and no setup fee or contract. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish and for the personal data of your own customers, for which you are the data controller. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
